We searched all over the valley for a pediatric dentist to handle our children's needs. Doctor Chaffee's office is unique in that it is his practice/family owned business. He doesn't sub out the work to other dentists, is kind and seamless in practice, and most importantly.he is excellent at what he does. The front office is managed very well. I was able to find a dental insurance that made sense for an upcoming procedure for our daughter. They helped us with all of that. I highly recommend Chaffee pediator dentistry. This office is definately a treasure on multiple levels.

Today my 7 year went in for a filling and had to be put to sleep. She has a hard time even with cleanings but always come out of Dr Chaffee’s office smiling! The entire staff is so wonderful and comforting. My daughter started to cry when she realized I couldn’t go back with her and Ms Audrey scooped her up and took her back with all the love! I couldn’t feel more comfortable with a group of professional doctors but the compassion they give is above all!!! I recommend to everyone I know!!

I have been taking my kids here for 4 yrs now and this is the only dentist I will ever use. They have the best staff they really make u feel welcome and comfortable before I found this Dentist my kids were terrified. But because the whole team that works there really understands children they’re very patient and kind that’s what I love about this Dentist office the most it’s not just the dentist that is good it’s the whole team that he has. So I highly recommend this dental office if you were looking for a pediatric dentist for your children I swear by him and I will never go elsewhere I love this practice so much even if I moved out of state I would spend the money to fly back-and-forth so my kids could keep continuing to go here
We had a great experience with all the staff members. They explained everything to us and they kept us informed with everything that they were doing. My daughter doesn't mind going back for more dental work. She loves everyone there.
Im so happy we were recommended to go here. The staff is super kind as well as the Dentist. This was our first dentist visit and it went so smooth. My son has autism and they were very understanding and gentle with him.
I called when my toddler took a hard bonk to the mouth, a little frantic. The person that answered the phone was so warm and caring, and was able to get us seen same day. At a follow up visit I had to wait just a few extra minutes for another kiddo who was having a hard time, and the woman at the desk came up to me personally and apologized for the wait (Which was not even long!). Plus Dr. Chaffee is relaxed and personable.
This office is very well organized, clean and inviting, kind, and great at what they do. We have 4 children that are treated here and we will be coming back until they are adults.

My kiddos love it here! The Dentist makes these music sounds that the kids loveand get cute little prizes when they are finished. Dr. Chaffee and his staff are amazing. They are fantastic at communicating, and they let you be a part of the whole process by involving you in decision-making, and presenting all options available. My daughter just recently became a patient of Dr. Chaffee and I'm super pleased so far. The whole staff is amazing!!!!! My daughter was not having it with her x-rays at all. So a job that would normally take just one person turned into a two person job, the ladies worked together to make sure my daughter wasn't scared at all and got the x-rays they needed. They went above and beyond for her which is so amazing. Dr. Chaffee himself was very gentle and kind as well with my daughter. He explained the treatment plan for her and what our game plan was. Before choosing to come to this office I did my research read reviews, yes I am one of those moms. My daughter has a lip tie and it's something I am concerned about so I only want the best for her. We go back to the office for my daughters second appointment to get a cavity filled. The front office staff remembered who we were from our first visit, very impressive. She had another great experience with the doctor and staff. Then the next morning Dr. Chaffee sends me a text just to check on my daughter to see how she is doing. This is truly the best dentist office to take your kiddos to. Thank you to the whole staff for being so amazing!!!! I'm so happy I found y'all!!!

We are glad we found an amazing dental office with Chaffee Pediatric Dentistry. My son had a couple cavities and everyone we visited beforehand wanted to put him under Anesthesia. Dr. Chaffee was very responsive and took our questions seriously. He was able to fix my son's cavities in office. He is very patient which is so important with little kids. We drive about 40 Minutes, and it's totally worth it. Already scheduled our next dental cleaning with the nice front office ladies.

Took my son there for his first dental appointment ever. Absolutely blown away by the staff and how they walked me through everything. My son didn’t seem to mind at all and that was shocking. Highly recommend!
I took my son to see Dr. Chaffee for an evaluation for a possible tongue tie release. His staff was kind and welcoming and he spent plenty of time reviewing all possible concerns/options without making me feel rushed or pressured. We will definitely schedule with Dr. Chaffee when we are ready to proceed!

Made my daughter with special needs very comfortable. They let her get comfortable before even trying to look at her teeth. When they noticed she was upset they stop what they were doing so she can self regulate. The doctor was super sweet and kind.
Dr Chaffee and his staff are so great with our kids! We have a kiddo with ASD and the hygienist is excellent with letting him know what to expect and help hold the instruments. They are very encouraging with the kids too!
We loved it! My daughter is pretty shy and easily to cry in new situations, but she actually opened up with them quite quickly! The hygienist was so great with her and showed her everything she was using which definitely helped her. No crying and happy when we left. My 13m old wouldn’t stay still, but she was able to play with a toy they had. The workers were great and so nice and helpful. Doctor Chaffee was great and answered all questions. I didn’t feel rushed at all! They also have tv’s on the ceiling which was definitely nice. We’re excited to be going to this office.

When I say I LOVE this dentist, I mean it! I have brought my kids who have had routine dental exams and cleanings, as well as some tooth trauma (seriously, why do kids fall on their faces?) Dr. Chaffee is sooo great with all my kids, and the office staff and assistants are kind a patient. This entire office makes my kids feel so comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend coming to Chaffee Pediatric Dentistry.
The best Pediatric Dentist in Mesa, Az. Arguably, the best in the whole state. Everyone there is friendly and professional. The cleanings and dental work is done carefully and efficiently. And best of all, they are so accommodating to the children's needs. I've been taking my children there for years and they do so well with my autistic son.
Everyone is so kind and friendly, my 5 year old was really scared but they talked him through it and took really good care of him. Would definitely recommend Chaffee Pediatric Dentistry!

Dr. Chaffee himself is one of the most caring people I have ever met. We trust them with everything when it comes to our son and his dental work! ————————— We had our first dentist visit yesterday and it’s very clear why they have a 5 star rating! The second we walked in we were greeted by the friendly front desk staff. The office was very clean and there was a play area to for kids to hang out. The paperwork was easy, as it is all done on an iPad. Dr. Chaffee was amazing! Very kind and patient with my son and explained everything in detail for our future treatment. I was very nervous going into this but Dr. Chaffee made me feel comfortable and confident. You get a token on the way out to spend at the little machine to get a prize, what a nice touch! I would recommend anyone who is looking for an amazing pediatric dentist to come here.
All the staffs, assistance and doctor were great! My son usually doesn’t like when it comes to brushing his teeth. Surprisingly, he behaved so well as he opens up his mouth as he listened to the assistant and doctor. The facility was so neat and clean with nice attractions for toddlers. It was really best experience for my son’s dental checkup! I really appreciate all their kind heart welcoming spirits!! Thank you and I strongly recommend this place.

From the moment we stepped into the door my kids were not only at ease, but excited to be there. The staff was friendly, paint colors were inviting, & my kids were quickly entertained by the toys, books, & movie playing. Not only is the location is Perfect, the office is very clean. The front desk assistants are very welcoming ready to answer any questions. As far as the back office is sanitize every time a staff member touched the tools chairs. As far as the staff members the are extremely helpful and sweet performance is outstanding Dr. Chaffee is Amazing he truly cares about his Patients he explains every step that is being done and every step if needed to be done after the office visits. Wow, what an extraordinary office. They have been so compassionate and dedicated to us through several stages of life. Dr. Chaffee corrected my newborns tongue tie. He has since treated that newborn for the last 4 years, and provided laser fillings today. She has significant anxiety of Drs/healthcare settings due to her asthma and related hospitalization experiences. I’m talking real, hide under the chair and cry uncontrollably, anxiety. It breaks our hearts to see her face this, but the absolute serenity and patience Dr and his staff offer her in these moments is unimaginable. Today, they patiently waited 20+ minutes for her to calm, they talked her through expectations of the experience in kid detail, and then rubbed her arms while she agreed to allow them to move forward with correcting the cavity. They are true angels. Patient, gracious, loving, and thoughtful. I can’t recommend this practice and ALL its staff enough. If your child has anxiety, is neurodivergent, or just requires an extra white glove touch- this is the absolute best practice.
We love Dr. Chaffee! He not only makes my kiddos feel comfortable; they get excited for their dentist appointments! He is always happy to see the kids and knows how to connect with them on their level. As a mom I really appreciate that when we have bigger appointments that Dr. Chaffee always personally checks in on them the next day.

I have nothing but good things to say about this office. The Doctor and staff are all amazing. This office is an office that truly cares about the kids and the parents. About 2 1/2 years ago my now five-year-old busted his tooth. It went through the gum ( it was pretty horrifying ) and we had no idea what to do. Dr. Chaffee literally came to our house that evening to check up on our son, ( even though we weren’t a current patient) We didn’t have insurance and they were phenomenal to work with. I can go on on but five stars threw through.

Love Dr. Chaffee and his staff! We switched from a different pediatric dentist a few years ago and it was the best change we ever made. Dr. Chaffee is kind, caring, and patient. One of my kids has extreme anxiety with the dentist and Dr. Chaffee and his staff are great with being accommodating so she feels comfortable.
They were FABULOUS with my 5yr old. The nurse was so patient. Before she touched him with any tools she showed him the tool, explained its purpose and offered to let him touch it. When she did X-rays she explained what everything was and let him touch the “camera” and the thing that goes in his mouth. This resulted in him being 100% comfortable with everything! He’s usually a bit fearful of new things but she made him so relaxed. Dr Chaffe came in and was also amazing. He spoke to my son, was patient and thorough. He explained our options and I felt well informed and confident. This was our first visit but they’ve got us for life now! Even the front office staff was super pleasant!! (I feel like that’s super rare now a days).

After feeling shamed from my pediatrician that I had not taken my 3 year old to the dentist, I made the jump. Today was her first visit and we felt welcome from the second I walked in the door. My daughter loved the toy airplanes and the pages to color. When we went back to do x-rays she saw the tv's on the ceiling and got so excited to see bluey! The staff were all so nice and patient with my very busy toddler. We will be back!

My children are calm, and not afraid. The laser technology is amazing and we could never go back to needles and shots and again. The staff is comforting, encouraging, and knowledgeable. Dr. Chaffee is the best! He’s so respectful of my requests and the kids love him so much. We drive over and hour just to see him. We love that he does laser fillings that are painless and don’t require anesthesia.
What a great dental experience for both my kids. All of the staff was very patient and the practice is very kid friendly and oriented. Kids were in one big exam room so they could sit side by side with TVs in the ceiling, fun sunglasses to wear and a cool treat dispenser at the end. This is the third dentist I’ve taken my kids to and now I don’t think we’ll ever go anywhere else.

Wonderful dentistry. All the ladies in the office are so friendly and doctor Chaffee is amazing, he’s great with kids and very patient. He’s always very helpful and answers all of our questions and explains the procedures well and addresses all of our concerns. Both of my daughters got their lip ties corrected in the office and my infant had her tongue tie done as well. Everyone in the office knows this can be a nerve wrecking experience for parents and they do everything they can to make it as calm and quick as possible. I definitely recommend this office for anyone looking.

I can’t say enough great things about Dr Chaffee. He is kind, gentle, respectful to my 4 children, conservative and honest. His office is clean and new and obviously perfect for kids. Also his prices are fair. I want to mention that I am a hygienist and love temping for him. His equipment is excellent. Ask about his state of the art laser he uses on fillings! For me this is the selling point. The laser is less traumatic for kids and lays a foundation of less fear at the dentist and a future of better oral care for life. Our last 2 visits included having my 2 yo son's cavities fixed. The front staff is always friendly, our hygienist made him comfortable while his nitrous kicked in, making sure he had a squueze ball to hold and Bluey on the tv to watch. Dr. Chaffee is always quick, efficient, and kind to my boys. They love getting their prize tokens at the end of their visit and today we received a tshirt from the staff.

We have been so happy with Chaffee thus far! I honestly wish I’d had a practice like this when I was growing up. I would’ve had a better relationship with my dentist. We have an 18 month old and 6 yr old. The baby is not a fan, but everyone is so patient with her. She doesn’t like it but still waves goodbye when we leave. So hopefully the fear doesn’t last. The office is adorable, the staff is friendly and efficient and doctor Chaffee is efficient, kind and communicative.

We love Chaffee Pediatric, the staff and communication is awesome whether it be phone call or texts! It was hard finding a decent dentist for my kids and we missed several needed appointments searching for one. We came across Chaffee Pediatric while living in Mesa and have been going ever since even though we moved further out. My children were scheduled within a decent amount of time and received any necessary treatment as quickly as possible.

Chaffee pediatrics is always such a pleasure for my kids to come to. My 8 year old son thoroughly loved getting his teeth cleaned, X-rays done, and getting to visit with doctor Chaffee. We have twin girls who at 5 months old had come to get their lip and tongue tie revisions done. The visit was flawless and the girls healed well and we are so happy with the results. We are so grateful to have such a great pediatric dentist nearby and we'll continue to come see doctor Chaffee and his staff as long as they are here.

We love this office. Not only is ALL the staff incredibly sweet, Dr Chaffee is very thorough, going over the plan step by step and answering any questions you might have. The thing that stood out for me the most is that he seems genuinely sincere not just about your child's dental needs, but more importantly they're emotional needs and making sure they avoid as much trauma as possible for the child. His staff is JUST as genuine from front office to the dental assistants. I will definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends.
My daughter randomly told me that her gum felt weird. I looked and it was extremely swollen. I called Chaffee about my daughters situation they got her in immediately with in 1 hour of me calling the dr told me how important it was that I got her in right away and extracted her tooth. From the time of my call to the time of my daughter leaving safe and healthy was 2 hours. I can not thank the staff enough for everything they did to get my daughter seen quickly and comfortably. Definitely will be going back
I take all 3 of my kids here and they are always so patient and attentive with the kids. We are always greeted and never wait long to get to the back. They always explain to the kids what’s going on and they always look forward to their check ups which is amazing. The front is equally as great making sure everything with insurance is doing their part even when they hit roadblocks they put extra time and effort into getting everything straightened out. I appreciate all the staff here and so thankful to have such an amazing team taking care of my children. I would recommend them to anyone that has children! This was my sons second dental visit. The first dentist we went to a few years ago left a lot to be desired in the bedside manner department. We had the most incredible experience at Chaffee Pediatric Dental. My son has ADHD and sensory issues. He didn’t even flinch during his cleaning.

Kind office staff, clean facility, and efficient care is how I would describe Chaffee Dentistry. When you walk in, you are welcomed with smiles and a beautiful office. Our wait time is non existent, and I bring all four of my kids at once, and they are always prepared for us. We are literally in and out so quickly…all while receiving top-notch care. I love that Dr. Chaffee has laser cavity treatments. I remember how painful getting cavities filled was when I was a kid…and I still have the silver filling to show for it. Dr. Chaffee made the cavity treatment easy and pain-free for my daughter! We are so lucky to go here!

Everyone at Dr. Chaffee’s office is magical with my very particular kiddo. I just watched them clean his teeth and apply fluoride when I haven’t been able to get him to switch toothpastes all year. Dr Chaffee obviously has kids and knows his way around them… he’s super calm and nice but firm and follows through, which I appreciate! It’s the only doctor I will never move out appointments for. I want my kiddo to get used to this routine.

This pediatric dentist office is so amazing and fun from the moment you walk in and see all the airplane memorabilia on the walls (also the color of the walls are super fun too with bright orange and sky blue like a beautiful sunset while flying in a plane) and all the plane toys that all the kiddos can play with! He was phenomenal in answering our questions, taking his time to ensure we understood the process and aftercare. It’s a five hour round trip to his office and well worth it to have a quality dentist for our daughter.

My 4 year old son was very nervous to go to the dentist to say the least. Dr Chaffee took the extra time to help him feel comfortable. I could tell that he really cared about my son having a positive experience. Update: 4 years later, they are still very kind and give you their undivided attention, from the office staff to the dental assistants. They all treat you like a good friend. I couldn't ask for a better dentist or support staff. My son dreaded going to the dentist but with Dr. Chaffee he knows he will take good care of him and communicates with kids on their level. This is hands down the best dental office I have ever been to, pediatric or adult. Every single staff member from the front office to the back are so kind and caring. My husband and I brought our son to Chaffee Pediatric Dentistry today for his first appointment. We were greeted promptly by the pleasant and professional front desk staff and brought back to a room. I appreciated the fun atmosphere and know our son will enjoy it as he grows older. Dr Chaffee was excellent with him and took his time with us. He was happy to answer our questions and was wonderful with our little guy. We were extremely happy and feel our son is in good hands with Chaffee Dentistry.

I am blown away at how amazing Chafee pediatric dentistry is. They are so kind & patient with children. My boys love the books in the lobby & we go early to read because they enjoy it so much. Today my older son didn’t want to leave & the front receptionists offered to watch him while I put my other son in the car. My 9 year old daughter has not wanted to back to dentist since a first horrible experience. Took her here and Victoria was amazing with, talked it all through with her. So when the Dr came in Taylenn(my daughter) was excited to meet him and wasn’t nervous or scared at all. Last visit went to 10/27/21 Taylenn hd four cavities to fill, she was nervous, but the nurse helped calm her and to relax. She was given nitrous which worked like a charm. Taylenn didn’t feel anything and let the Dr do what he had to do. Love this place!! I wish they would take adults too………👍👍😁
Hands down the best dentist visit we have had. My son hates people touching his mouth and the patience they showed was amazing. They allowed him to calm down before continuing with the cleaning, which that alone was huge. The staff is so friendly and inviting. We love Dr. Chaffee. Our appointments always start promptly. His dental hygienists have excellent demeanor with kids. The front desk staff are warm and friendly. My 7yo told his grandpa before our appointment, “I have the best dentist ever! It is so fun.” It is because of Dr. Chaffee he has no fear over going to the dentist. I am so very happy that we have found this pediatric dentist. We’ve been to other local children’s dentists and it has ranged from disappointment to being very negative. That has never been the case with Dr. Chaffee. You can tell he is truly following his calling and is the best at what he does. I highly recommend them! Even if you aren’t in Mesa he is worth the drive!

Do you have a kid that’s terrified of the dentist? Well, I don’t! Both my kids *love* the dentist and it’s 100% because of everyone at Chaffee. My oldest has had a few procedures and still likes coming to the dentist so much. The dental hygienists are so kind and amazing with the kids. I’m not kidding, one of them helped my kids build a little airplane today before we left! The front office is also incredible (you can even text them to change or make appointments!) and Dr Chaffee is a truly wonderful dentist. Parents can sit in the open bay with their kids and I’ve always been able to schedule my kids so they get done at the same time. Movies on the ceiling and they also have accommodations for children with sensory needs. Long story short, if you’re seeing anyone but Chaffee, you’re missing out. I wish they saw grown ups 😂

Let me start out by saying I absolutely do not enjoy any part of going to a medical/dental office especially when it comes to my children. This was not the case at this office!!! We LOVED the experience for our boys’ first dental exam! We were greeted with kindness starting with the phone conversations to walking in the front door for the first time. They hygienists were kind, caring, fun and most of all so patient with a couple of hesitant little boys! We were not questioned about our wishes nor were we pressured to do anything beyond what was necessary. We are so grateful to have been referred to this office and will happily drive 1 hour to continue seeing them. Thank you to the entire team!!!

We have been seeing Dr Chaffee since just after he opened the practice. Dr. Chaffee and his staff are all kind and compassionate. My son has autism and they wok with him and allow him breaks when he become overwhelmed. I have tried multiple other dentist for my son and we finally have the right fit. I highly recommend him and his practice.

After years at another pediatric dentist, we made the switch to Chafee, mostly because of his advanced technology for fillings and up to date style of work. I didn’t expect to love his office so much! The staff is wonderful and so good with my five kids. Dr. Chafee is amazing! He’s thorough, makes the kids feel comfortable, very knowledgeable, funny and so patient. We’ve had a lot of dentistry work this year, yet my kids still love going to his office! I’ve recommended other family and they all agree that Chafee Dentistry is the best!!

They have TVs for your kids to watch movies also a little room for your other children if you bring them into the appointment. They give you a gold coin for a surprise at the end. This place is so awesome! My son has a tooth that suddenly started bothering him, they got us in right away. The ladies at the front desk were super friendly. The way the office is set up is absolutely perfect- the exam room is right off the waiting room so I was able to keep my other children in the waiting room and pop in and out of the exam room. We've been to children's dentists offices before where they take the child back and make the parents wait in the waiting room. This was not like that! Dr. Chaffee was super friendly and went out of his way to make sure my 7 year old (and myself) were not nervous. I've never loved a dentist office before but I'm super impressed and I just found my kids' new dentist!

I am so amazed at this dentistry! The people here are so nice, welcoming and informative. This is not your average dentistry. You will see bright beautiful colors a section where your child can watch Disney movies while coloring or reading. The theme in the dentistry has a lot to do with Dr. Chaffee childhood (is what I am assuming) there are vintage planes everywhere! Hint the logo. It is very well organize and clean! Going to the dentist can be very scary for a child and very overwhelming for parents, but Dr. Chaffee and the staff has made every appointment with our daughter quick and fun! What I mostly appreciate about Dr. Chaffee and the staff here is that they look out for the best interest of a child. They aren’t trying to rush you out to see the next patient they take their time and try to connect with the child. I love how Dr. Chaffee introduces new equipment to parents and child(ren)before a procedure gets done. He does a good job at explaining to our 4 yr old what is going to happen and what we as parents should expect. He makes my daughter feel as comfortable as possible during a procedure from offering a warm blanket to stopping for breaks. My daughter always keeps asking us when she will be back that is how amazing they are here at Chaffee Pediatrics Dentistry. I would highly recommend this location if you want what’s best for your kids!

I was nervous for our first visit not knowing how my kids would do with it being their first time, BUT I didn't need to be because with how nice and amazing the office was to them, they had the best experience! We absolutely LOVE Dr Chaffee and the entire staff at Chaffee Pediatric Dentistry! Dr. Chaffee is so great at working with kids and building trust with them. He is fun, calm and knowledgeable, and explains things so parents are comfortable, but kids can also understand. And the hygienists and staff are also wonderful too! My kids often ask when they get to go see the dentist again. Dr. Chaffee has been their only dentist, and I love that because of their experience with this office, they have zero fear of the dentist or getting a cleaning. Recently my 3 year old watched his older brother get a filling, and when we got home he proudly announced he was not going to brush his teeth so he could get a cavity and have Dr. Chaffee give him a filling too!!! Haha. Luckily we convinced him that if he would brush his teeth and fill out the teeth brushing chart from Dr. Chaffee, we could go back in to say hi to his friends and get a token to use in their prize machine :) We are all so happy we found this office!!!
AMAZING! We needed a lazer lip-tie procedure for my infant son. Dr. Chaffee and his staff were so kind and calming. My little boy is eating great and our pediatrician and lactation consultants were so impressed with the job Dr. Chaffee that they asked for his info to recommend to future clients.
We really liked Chaffee Pediatric Dentistry. We were new to North Mesa and, truthfully, chose this place because my 3yr old twins and 5 yr old all needed cleanings and it was the closest pediatric dentist to us. I’m really glad we did because they were great! Their office was clean and nice and great for kids. My kids loved the tv on the ceiling above the exam chair and were so excited to get a token to pick out a toy after the cleaning was over. Dr. Chaffee and the hygienists and office staff were super nice and great with kids. Will definitely be back.

I don’t think it’s possible for me to love a dentist’s office more than I love Chaffee! Their front office staff and hygienists are SO great with my kids, the space is adorably designed with such thoughtful details for kids. Honestly I wish I could get MY dental work done here. My kids are no longer afraid of the dentist—in fact they beg to come back when we leave. Several months ago I had to get some fairly extensive dental work done on my children, and I was struggling with guilt and anxiety for letting it get to that point. Dr. Chaffee was so kind and understanding. He explained everything to me and helped relieve me of a lot of anxiety (and a little of the guilt...the rest I’ll probably harbor forever). He did a great job on the procedures, and I’ve been able to maintain better care of my kids’ teeth ever since. I had a few questions about after care and left a message with the office, and Dr. Chaffee has either called or texted personally to answer my questions. I hope his practice succeeds for a long time—I never want to take my kids anywhere else!

Dr. Chaffee is amazing! We are a military family so we have moved a lot and as a result have more than our fair share of experience with dentists. Chaffee Pediatric Dentistry is by far the best dentist office we’ve ever been to. The staff is friendly and helpful. Dr Chaffee made all 3 of my kids feel very comfortable and calm. We had a dental emergency with our middle son and dr. Chaffee himself was texting back and forth with us during the night and scheduled an immediate emergency appointment with him the very next morning. I can not recommend this office enough.

Dr. Chaffee is AMAZING! We had a 10 month old with a lip tie causing a gap in the teeth and some complications nursing. The staff was extremely accommodating from welcoming us at the front door, directing us straight into the consultation, and subsequent laser surgical revision. I would recommend this practice 10/10- especially for parents with infants and challenging little ones. Beautiful office, impeccable staff, state of the art laser treatments for revisions, and extremely kind dr. Can’t say enough nice things- very grateful! Thank you!
I love this place, for so many reasons. Lisa who works at the desk is so organized and friendly and helpful. The hygienists are patient and gentle and warm with my toddler. Dr Chaffee is perfect for pediatrics: he is calm and patient, and understands how to balance a toddlers energy with what needs to get done. He was also open to some more crunchy approaches to things, without the bullying or guilting that is common for dentists. He worked with us on an effective solution that met our crunchy needs. He’s also super engaging and a good listener. Oh and the place is very cute with a classy airplane motif, and movies playing to keep the little ones distracted during procedures. A great experience all around.

Brought 3 of my kids in today, 2 of which have never been to the dentist before. The 2 and 4 yr old were both pretty nervous, but it didn’t take long for them to warm up to the staff and they all did fantastic! No tears for anyone, which is a rare occasion in our household! They loved the play area and Toy Story being played from ceiling while in the chair.

Everyone was so sweet and professional. Dr. Chaffee was amazing with all three of my kiddos. The dentist has never been a positive experience for my kids so to have not only a tear free visit, but a cavity free visit and leave with smiling kids?!? I’m one happy mom!!!
My kids and I absolutely LOVE this office! Everyone from the front desk, hygienists, to the dentist are so caring and compassionate. We trust them all implicitly! He has a conservative approach and will never recommend something unless it's absolutely necessary. I am extraordinarily critical when it comes to providers and it is a rare doctor who impresses me, Dr. Chaffee is awesome!
Everyone was very kind and sweet with my girls. Dr Chaffee was very thorough and descriptive. With a 2 year old my biggest concern is my child’s comfort and dr Chaffee was great at putting her at ease.

Just took my 2 and a half year old for his first ever visit. I was so nervous because he tends to scream whenever doctors want to look at him or in his ear. The staff was so calming and they had a lot of things like toys and TVs on the ceiling to help distract him. They were able to do his full cleaning and give me positive feedback on his teeth. Thank you!!
The dentist and all staff were great. My 2 year old went in for his first visit and they were able to clean his teeth, examine and take x-rays without any problems.

They were absolutely amazing!! They were so good with my wild boys, had a fun waiting room, and took time with us. When I found out one of my kiddos needed extensive work, they were so patient, answered all of my questions, went over every option, gave me tons of information and records, and even played with and watched my boys as we talked over the options. I am SO impressed and would recommend them to anyone.

Truly a wonderful experience. My very young child felt safe and engaged immediately. Every staff member all the way up to Dr. Chaffee interacts so well with children. They were so patient while I helped my child through her first ever dentist visit and helped me to make her feel comfortable. I know my child’s dental needs will be taken care of by a dentist and staff who not only are professional, but also caring.

Everyone was so patient with my daughter while she was being a typical three year old. I can tell that everyone there is comfortable working with children, which you won’t find with adult providers. I wasn’t made to feel rushed or like we were wasting anyone’s time while we tried reasoning with my daughter. I highly recommend this office and will continue bringing my daughter and soon my younger son as well.

I saw this place near a Fry’s that I always shop at. Then I looked online to see the reviews; ALL positive. I was looking and decided to give this place a try and I am so happy I did! I have had the worst time finding a GREAT place for my girls! They are very particular. We walked in, the staff was very welcoming. We were called back quickly. The staff really knows how to get your child comfortable and they know how to talk to them. They are quick with X-rays (my kids can be impatient). Dr. Chaffee made my daughter feel at ease, involved me to see what was going on. After he left she told the hygienist that she likes the Dr a lot and that he was so nice. Dr. Chaffee even got my very stubborn 2 yr old to “corporate”. He’s definitely a family man and knows how to get even the most stubbornness child to finish their check up! I would definitely recommend this place!
They were able to see my special needs daughter after she had an accident at school. They squeezed her in right away! The office was clean bright and had a great play area. The staff was friendly to me and especially to my children! We will be switching our kids dental needs to Dr. Chaffee's office!

In the past we had always Dreaded making the routine Dentist visit with our kids and having any work to be done on their teeth was an even higher level of anxiousness, Until we found Chaffee Pediatric Dentistry. We have had the most postive experience in their office with all 3 of our kids. Dr Lafe Chaffee is the kindest and most patient, he is willing to work with our kids and each of their anxiousness. We love that his top priority is to make sure he builds a postive relationship with each of his patients and their family. Their staff is absolutely the best, they are friendly, greet the kids with a smile and always so kind making every visit postive and exciting! We Love Chaffee Pediatric Dentistry!

Cannot say enough good things about this dentist and his office. All staff is very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Chaffee got us in the week of July 4 (when it seems every other dentist takes the whole week off,ugh). My son was in pain and he helped us get the work that we needed done. He definitely helped my little guy feel safe and good about the whole procedure, even though he was getting a molar pulled (ouch!!) He left feeling proud of himself because of how the dentist treated him. Not to mention, I got an after care text from his personal cell. I've gotten follow up calls from staff, but never the dentist himself. Added bonus: love the aviation theme his office went with, it's super cute. LOL

We're so grateful to have found Dr. Chaffee's office! My children were very anxious to have a dental exam following a bad experience at another office. Dr. Chaffee and his team treated them with patience, kindness, and caring. They relaxed, cooperated, and even had fun! They discovered my son needed a filling, so they showed him the laser technology they use, and how it works. He was so happy to hear that no needles are necessary. It's really a wonderful invention. Since he knew what to expect, he was much less nervous when he came in for the procedure. It was quick and painless---no anesthesia or pain blocks! The Dr. and his team are kind, professional, and friendly. The office is bright, clean and spacious. The aviation theme appeals to children without being condescending. We didn't expect to find a dental office we loved, and we couldn't be happier.
Dr Chaffee is seriously the best of the best and so are his staff! Super family oriented and Dr Chaffee genuinely cares. The whole team make the experience somehow enjoyable for my 18 month old, who hates having his mouth looked into. So happy to say we’ve found our life long pediatric dentist! Highly recommend!
Dr. Chaffee and his staff are just amazing! They were very accommodating to meet our scheduling restrictions with early morning appts. They took the time to explain every procedure and included my son in the process. They were so professional, gentle, and patient! His assistant even pretended to take xrays of my nervous 3yr olds' super hero to make him feel comfortable. My little had to get some fillings and it was amazing bc they use a laser treatment so he didn't even need to get a shot to be numbed. Chaffee even fixed my sons' broken front tooth that we thought he'd just have to wait to fall out. I really can't say enough great things about our experience! We are so happy that we found an amazing team to guide our son on his dental health!

I highly recommend Dr. Chafee. Extremely knowledgeable, uses advanced technology that made all the difference in our experience with having sensory issues. Excellent communication with the parent, and with the child before, during, and after process. He also recognized where previous trauma had happened and taking care of needed follow up. My family is very happy he’s our Dentist.
Dr. Chaffee is absolutely amazing! I luckily came across his office after a terrible dental experience with my 4 year old. Dr. Chaffee and his staff were very pleasant, thorough, and patient. My daughter has a bit of anxiety with new situations, but they patiently took their time with keeping her calm through her xrays, cleaning, and fillings. I am so relieved to have found such an amazing (and high tech!) practice. My daughter had to undergo sedation to get her fillings, and the staff took the time to explain every step to a very nervous mother. The process was quick and his office uses an amazing machine that allows them to fill cavities without any numbing. My daughter was playing and eating and back to herself the same day. I cannot recommend them enough!
Dr Chaffee is fabulous with my kids. He has a gentle, calm, but playful nature that puts everyone at ease and makes a potentially stressful experience fun. I have six kids ages 2 -15. All of them had a great time at Dr. Chaffee’s office. He is a very friendly and capable dentist and is great at making everyone feel comfortable! This office is amazing. Dr Chafee is currently the only dentist there and he talks to you the whole time and let's you know everything going on and what is going to need to happen in the future. All of his staff made my children feel safe and comfortable. I had to bring in my 9 year old 4 year old and 18month old in by myself and when the youngest started to get a little cranky and fussy the staff was so very understanding and don't make you feel like fussy kiddos are a bother. My 9 year who is afraid of dentists didn't cry or get anxious one bit. I will continue to bring my kids here until they are too old for a pediatric dentist. The office is clean and welcoming and i am so happy I have found a great dentist for my kids.
Today I went to Chaffee Pediatric Dentistry for the first time. Wow! First off, the atmosphere was so amazing, open, and welcoming. So beautiful. Second, the technology that he uses is stellar! He can fix my kids’ teeth without numbing, without them feeling a thing! You tell me, who do you know who can do that around here? Lastly, as all of the other reviews already rave about, is that Dr. Chaffee actually, genuinely cares. He wants his patients to have a good experience. He wants to make the parents proud. He wants to build relationships with his patients and their families first and foremost. That’s why I recommend everyone who reads this to do what I did and go to Chaffee Pediatric Dentistry. You will not be one bit disappointed that you did!

Dr. Chaffee is great with kids and is a fantastic dentist. He ensures you and your child are comfortable as possible. At first my child was scared at the dentist but dr. Chaffee took amazing steps to make sure that she was not scared. She now gives him a hug before we leave. He is such a great dentist. She had dental work done years ago that is still perfect and healthy. I recommend him to everybody.
Dr.Chaffee is an amazing dentist that genuinely cares about his patients, I highly recommend him! He has served as our family pediatric dentist for the last 4 years. My child needed multiple invasive procedures and the situation as a parent felt overwhelming, they took the time to listen to what I could afford and worked out a payment plan I could commit to. Dr. Chaffee shows compassion, he has always focused on the comfort of the child and their parent/guardian. All of the dental work he did was with great skill, we have had zero issues with the work done on my child. Whenever anyone asks me for a children's dentist, he is my #1 choice.

Dr.Chaffee managed to wrangle my 4 kiddos, ranging from 2 years old to 13 years old, and all of them had an amazing experience. Now my children ask when they get to see the trumpeting dentist again . We highly recommend Dr.Chaffee!

Great doc! Makes the little ones feel like they definitely can trust the one that helps take care of their teeth.
